The impact of the Microfinance Sector on development, economic growth and inclusive finance in Kosovo | October 19, 2023
After a successful conference with about 100 participants, organized by the Association of Microfinance Institutions of Kosovo (AMIK) and supported by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE DF).
An important step was taken towards a deep understanding of the role of microfinance in development, economic growth and inclusive finance in Kosovo. Discussions, presentations and research at the conference highlighted the ongoing impact of the microfinance sector on many dimensions of the local economy. In particular, we express our thanks to all the participants, who with their valuable contribution made this conference a real success.
